eTip-47 – Exploring the Charts Menu

 

  • Click the Charts button on the Main Menu of eTouch
Chart Button on Main Menu

The Charts menu will be displayed.
Chart Menu in eTouch
Here are many options for viewing multiple charts. Click on the icon or words to go to details.

Meridians
Meridians

Lists - Displays a list of the fourteen Meridians. Click on Meridian name in the list to go to the Meridian details.

Interactive - Displays graphic of each of the Meridians. Click on the graphic of the Meridian to go to the Meridian details. isplays a graphic of each of the Meridians. Here you click on the graphic of the Meridian to go to the meridian details.

Muscles icon
Muscles
Displays graphic with the 42 TFH muscles shown on the front and the back of the body. Muscles are labeled. Click on muscle name to be taken to muscle detail for a multitude of information from the muscle test, to the balancing techniques and more.

Spinal Reflexes
Spinal Reflexes

Displays all 42 TFH muscles with their corresponding spinal reflex/es and an illustration of where the points are located on the spine. isplays all 42 TFH muscles with their corresponding spinal reflex and a illustration of were the points are located.
Flow Charts
Flow Charts
Displays step-by-step flow charts of TFH balancing procedures. Includes Basic Balancing, Balance-As-You-GO and Assessment Balancing charts.
Five Elements
Five Elements
Emotions  Sounds

Displays the Five Elements Chart with corresponding Meridians as well as the Creation and Control cycles. Click on Shen, it displays the Shen Creative Cycle and its Metaphors. Click on KO, it displays the Ko Control Cycle and its Metaphors. Click on Emotions and the associated Five Element Emotions are shown. Click on Sounds and the associated Five Element Sounds are shown.

Meridian Wheel
Meridian Wheel

Displays the 24-hour Meridian Wheel including associated indicator muscles and includes the time of day for each Meridian.
Metaphors
Metaphors
Displays extensive Metaphor section the includes Metaphors for the Five Elements as well as the 42 TFH muscles.
Metaphor Wheel
Metaphor Wheel
Displays the Metaphors for the Five Elements in a handy circular wheel.
Neurolymphatics
Neurolymphatics

Static - Displays Neurolymphatic massage points for all 42 TFH muscles. Includes diagram with front and back massage points on the body labeled.

Interactive - Displays Neurolymphatic massage points for all 42 TFH muscles. Includes graphic with front and back massage points on the body. Here, they are not labeled. Click on a specific point to see muscles related to that point. The corresponding muscle/s will display. You can choose to go to the specific muscle/s for more information if desired.

Neurovasculars
Neurovasculars
Displays Neurovascular holding points for all 42 TFH muscles. Includes graphic with neurovascular holding points on the body shown and labeled.
Alarm Points
Alarm Points
Displays location of the Alarm Points for the Meridians, as well a helpful description of the locations.
Pulse Check
Pulse Check
Displays the Interactive Pulse Check chart. Click on the Meridian in the chart where you found over-energy. The corresponding Acupressure points for that Meridian will be displayed including sedation points which may be needed.


Wall Chart

The large chart in the center of the Charts Menu displays TFH eCharts. These are the TFH Wall Charts you may have seen in classes or at your practitioner's office. They have been digitized and broken down into smaller parts. These charts can be printed on letter size paper. Click on the large chart icon. A larger version of that chart will display. Here, you can click on the smaller charts and they will enlarge. On the Meridian wheel chart, you can click on a specific meridian and it displays more details.
