eTip-030 Using eTouch 3.0 in Full Screen

eTouch is designed to be compatible with the most computer screens possible. We use the standard resolution of 1024 x 768 for eTouch 3.0 and 800 x 600 for eTouch 2.4. If you would like to use eTouch in Full Screen mode, here is an eTip for adjusting screen resolution on both Windows and Macintosh computers.

Full screen mode can be very beneficial when using eTouch during balancing sessions. Screens can be read while standing and there is no distracting non-related information on the screen.

To change your Monitor (Display) resolution:

Set Resolution on Windows

  • Go to Start and then select Control Panel.
  • Select Hardware or Appearance (Computers may vary.)
  • Under Displays should be Screen Resolution.
  • Select a lower resolution.
    Select 1024 x 768 for eTouch 3.0.
    Select 800 x 600 for eTouch 2.4 and below.

Select resolution from the list closest to the resolution recommended above for your version. You may try different resolutions to see which one you like the best.
