Please provide the following information when reporting a problem: 1. Describe where the problem occured 2. Which Operating System, ie; Windows XP; Windows 2000; Mac OS X 10.3, etc. 3. Amount of Memory (RAM) your computer has installed in Megabytes, ie: 256 MB 4. Amount of Hard Disk Storage you have, ie; 2 GigaBytes total with 1 GB free 5. Processor and Speed of your Computer, ie; 2.4GHz Pentium 4 6. Computer Brand and Age, if you do not know the technical specifications, ie; Dell 4 years old. Please provide as much information as possible about any problem that is encountered. Please check our Technical Notes before reporting a problem. |
